Dr. Tharsika
Sivasubramaniam
Family Doctor
Dr. Tharsika Sivasubramaniam MD, CCFP graduated from the Medical University of the Americas in 2007 and completed her Family Medicine residency at the Queen’s University. She speaks English and Tamil.
Dr. Erik Yao
Family Doctor
Dr Erik Yao MD, CCFP graduated from The University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine in 2016 and completed his Family Medicine residency in 2018. He practiced in a variety of settings including family practice, surgical assisting, emergency medicine. He’s a soccer fan, technology buff, and loves to travel. He speaks English and Mandarin.
Dr. Ryan Chen
Family Doctor
Dr. Ryan Chen graduated from the Chicago Medical School in 2014, and completed his Family Medicine residency at McMaster University in 2016. He enjoys practicing comprehensive family medicine, including care of newborns and the elderly. Dr. Chen also spends time teaching medical students from the University of Toronto, as well as performing sclerotherapy for varicose veins at the Yorkville Vein Clinic. He looks forward to working with his patients to achieve their optimal health, both physically and mentally.

Dr. Kent Tang
Family Doctor
Dr Kent tang MD, CCFP graduated from McMaster University DeGroote school of medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at The University of Toronto. He studied Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University before studying medicine. He enjoys weightlifting on his off time.
